Guitar Foundation of America International Convention & Competition
The Austin Classical guitar society host over 60 events
in six days during this collaborative classical music
festival. Headline concerts include Pepe Romero, LA
Guitar Quartet, Adam Holzman with the Miro Quartet,
Grisha, and the Austin Symphony Orchestra. Dont miss
the dailey lectures, classes, vendor fair, workshops, and
evening receptions.

Night of the Bat
Join the crowds as Austin hosts its first annual celebration of the 1.5
million Mexican free-tailed bats that call Austin home. Night of the Bat
events include a 5k bat run, a batman screening at paramount theatre
with special guest Adam West, live music on Congress Avenue bridge, and the
chance to see the worlds largest urban bat colony take flight at dusk.
